Worship at Aledo United Methodist
Worship is the fire that lights the way…it is the fuel for us to do what God is calling us to do in bringing the lost to a place of friendship and hope, the broken into circles of healing and the faithful closer to the way Christ is inviting us to walk.
We are a church dedicated to bringing people together with God and each other. Sunday morning worship services provide a great opportunity to worship God every Sunday, but the key to AUMC’s success as a member of the community are its small groups that meet each week. There are bible studys, Sunday school classes, musical ensembles, and youth outings every week. If there isn’t a group that meets your needs we’ll be happy to start one.
We seek to draw people into an ever-deepening relationship with God and one other in the body of Christ. Our worship is alive in the Spirit, full of praise through music, and our teaching is relevant to today’s world. We’re inspired knowing God's Word is applicable to our lives, and we are active in demonstrating Christ's love through mission and service. We invite you to come worship with us!

This celebration brings the amazing gifts of our 10 member band together with blended voices, guitar, piano, and drums as instrumentation.
The visual graphics help us to focus on the theme of the morning and the informal style of the worship leaders offers a comfortable connection to those who make this service their Sunday Morning place to be.

Traditional Worship | 11:00
This traditional service offers the uplifting music of familiar hymns, choir anthems, the creeds and the more formal liturgies of our faith.
We live in a culture that can quickly be swept away from the basics of faith. In our traditional service we blend together a focused connection to the real everyday world of our worshippers while helping each one to find richness and depth in the tried and true traditions of the faith.
